Christopher Chan is a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia and has been in the real estate industry since 1993.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, a Post Graduate Certified Diploma in Accounting & Finance (CDipAF) from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), United Kingdom and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Edinburgh Business School, Heriot Watt University, Scotland.

Christopher is a member of Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) and an associate member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).

He was elected to the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) Board of Directors in the year 2017 and was the Membership Benefits Chairman and Director of the institute for the term 2017 to 2019.

He was an Industry Advisor for the Executive Diploma in Real Estate (EDRE) & Diploma in Real Estate Management (DREM) programmes at UCSI College, Kuala Lumpur campus from 2018 to 2021.

He is a speaker for the Negotiators Certification Course (NCC) for the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM).

He speaks and writes on real estate in the media from time to time
