Jerry Lee is a Director and Head of Property Management at Laurelcap Group. He is a registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agency, Malaysia. He possesses extensive credentials and experience in property management and maintenance. Jerry leads the property management division by providing overall advice, solution and guidance to remain competitive in the industry. Having graduated in Electrical Power Engineering (Honours) from University Tenaga Nasional, Jerry has mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge and skills that enable him to assist clients in managing and maintaining residential, commercial and industrial properties. He also acts as a consultant and property manager to property developers, joint management bodies and management corporations.
