Sr Suraiya Salleh, a graduate from University Technology Mara (UiTM), Shah Alam in Bachelor of Estate Management (Hons), is experienced and well-versed in matters relating to valuation surveying, compulsory land acquisition, market research and feasibility study of the real estate industry. She has worked in numerous international valuation firms before joining Laurelcap Group. She has assisted many public listed companies on various corporate exercises involving valuation matters during her 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

Sr Suraiya Salleh is a member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). She is a licensed Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents & Property Managers Malaysia. She is currently the Director for Laurelcap Sdn Bhd’s Seremban branch
