Teo Swee Ann, is an Associate Director at Laurelcap Property Management (Sel) Sdn. Bhd., He is a registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers & Estate Agency, Malaysia. He possesses extensive experience in property management and customer services. He leads the property management and customer services department as General Manager and Head of Department for a few major developers such as Emkay Group Bhd, Country Heights Holding Bhd, Setia Awan Land Bhd and Mahsing Group Bhd.

Mr. Teo has a proven track record in managing completed stratified high-rise and landed residential and commercial properties including non-stratified properties and responsible for the handing over of completed strata and non-strata properties to more than 15,000 happy home and business owners under the said developers.
